This site is published by Dashon Consultancy. Using it means you accept what follows.

Nothing here is a contract for work, and nothing here is advice you should act on without talking to somebody first.

It is a description of what we do and how we think about measurement.

It is not professional advice. Marketing, analytics, tax and legal decisions turn on facts we do not know about your business. Read the site, then have a conversation.

Prices shown are indicative and are not an offer. Work starts when both sides sign an engagement agreement, and that agreement governs the work, not this page.

Where we publish a result, it happened for the client named, in their market, on their budget, under their constraints. It is evidence that we can do the work. It is not a forecast of what will happen for you.

Anything shown as a sample or an illustration is labelled as one.

The words, design, code and images on this site belong to Dashon Consultancy, or to whoever licensed them to us.

Read it, quote it, link to it. Quote fairly and credit us. Do not republish it wholesale, do not pass it off as your own, and do not scrape it to train a model without asking.

Client names and logos belong to those clients and appear with their permission.

We link out when it is useful. We do not control what sits on the other end, and a link is not an endorsement of everything that site does.

We try to keep the site up and correct. We do not promise either. It may go down for maintenance, and it may carry a mistake we have not spotted yet. Tell us and we will fix it.

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using this site or from relying on what it says.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
